What Shipping Methods Are Available?

For all orders, we utilize tracked courier services such as Pgeon Prime. Once your order has been fully processed, you will receive an email with the tracking number of your parcel.[/vc_column_text][vc_column_text]

When can I receive my order?

Delivery time will often depend on the location of the receiver and seasonal situations in the country.

For West Malaysia, the estimated delivery time will be between 1 to 5 working days.

For East Malaysia, the estimated delivery time will be between 5 to 8 working days.[/vc_column_text][vc_column_text]

Can I change my shipping address?

Yes but only if the order tracking number has not been generated.

When will my parcel be shipped out?

All orders will be packed between 1 to 5 working days and ready for a courier pick up the next working day[/vc_column_text][vc_column_text]

What is the shipping charges?

We offer free shipping for any orders above RM 120.

For orders below RM120, there will be a delivery charge of RM 8.

The RM 8 delivery charge applies to both West and East Malaysia.[/vc_column_text][vc_column_text]

Is there a Cash on Delivery option?

Do You Ship Internationally?

Yes, we do. However, our website is currently a work in progress and not optimized for international orders yet.
